It's been a couple of years now since I last released a Culver record, so thank feck he sent me this one! There have been a few collaborations between Lee and new Mexican noiser La Mancha so far, this being the third (though I think the fourth released).
Even for Culver, this is very minimal stuff. It starts off at its harshest point, sounding like a raging stormfront, lulling to a barely-heard block fuzz. As ever with anything Culver related, it's all about TONE. There's not an awful lot going on here but these guys give everything plenty of space to breathe, giving a real feeling of dimension. As ever, top stuff.
